I used to think that loneliness was a negative emotion that we should try to avoid as much as possible and find ways to keep ourselves away from being alone. Later on, during my time studying and living alone in London, I spent a lot of time alone, and at first I was so miserable that I started reading books and going to the park alone to relieve my feelings. relationship with ourselves. I recognise the value of solitude and learn to balance the state of loneliness and companionship. So through this picture book I wanted to share the true meaning of loneliness with more people so that they would no longer fear it.
