Our headspace is a constellation of ideas, it sparks when it makes the connection. Humans are built on the idea of relationships, without which the fulfilment aspect of connection is lost. A relationship can be as varied as possible; it can be with a family member, a friend, or a stranger, and it can also be based on our mind, body, lifestyle, religion, or culture. But we all have one or the other that contributes towards our daily routine, things that we are most enamoured with and follow. As a designer, it is essential to explore the challenging juxtaposition involved in intercepting such topics and incorporate them into the discipline.
Our lives are intertwined with the digital age. There is a constant exchange between our cohorts and our relationships with our surroundings based on the consumption of these influences. Fascinating enough that these small notions leave a mark on designers and how they pursue them within their discipline. Through this project, I investigated how cognitive processes influence the form of ideas and their contributions to creative output by examining the cognitive and other factors involved. The purpose of this research is to study how the development of ideas influences creative processes in individuals and ultimately how their artistic production is shaped. The outcome is simplified into a children’s book tackling a hefty ideology of the project topic connect.ing
“Carved stones on the wall will take you back in time, what brings you closer how will that be defined? This rush of curiosity ignites the sense of mind… these patterns, these motifs have a beautiful life. Past has a way into the future, it’s up to us how we perceive it, life is lived and is lost it’s the art that prevails over it.” – Isha
