This project is aimed at discussing how in Chinese culture – belonging can be disposed of more sustainably in the grief of bereavement. Bringing belongings back into the normal cycle of objects. It is also a subject that explores death, and material benefit, where belongings are rescued and kept and recirculated.
The website provides support for three types of users: Those who are experiencing bereavement; Those who are knowledgeable about death; and Those whose family members are ill. One of the main target audiences is the bereaved, helping them to deal with their grief and providing guidance on how to deal with belongings. Two other groups are indirect users. The aim is to help the Chinese public, who are more squeamish about death, to better transition and accept the topic of death, and to gradually promote sustainable ways of belonging disposal.
