I am a mixed media artist who enjoys experimenting with different materials – from watercolour, screen-print, risograph print and digital drawing. My main source of inspiration, as you can probably see, comes mainly from botanicals and gin!
I have enjoyed research-based projects – from documenting ‘The History of Gin’ in an A2 poster, a concertina exploring the botanicals that make up different gins and also how seed banking is important for our medicinal science research as well as the future of our environment.
Having previously been a neutral/black and white artist, I have really embraced colour while being at university and now enjoy bold, contrasting or complimentary colours that are inspired by nature.
